ORDINANCE NO. 9270
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
FYING'CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060, RECLASSI-
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FROM ZONE C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO R-W (RESIDENTIAL WATERWAY) ZONE, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHERLY TERMINUS OF MARINA DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, DOES
ORDAIN, that Carlsbad Zoning Ordinance No. 9060 is amended to
read as follows:
SECTION 1: That the following described real property is
reclassified for R-W (Residential Waterway) purposes, subject to
the provisions contained in Ordinance No. 9269, establishing a
Specific Plan for the following described property, and as said
Ordinance may hereafter be amended, and that the zoning map referrec
to in Section 302 of said Ordinance No. 9060, as amended, be changec
accordingly:
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
All of Lot 72, Shelter Cove Map 5162, recorded 4/23/63, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, and more particularly described in applica-
tion on file in the City Planning Department.
SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) day!
after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in
the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
