SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force on the thirty-first day frorr; and after its adoption.
SECTION 3. PUBLICATION: The City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad is hereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be published
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES AND SECTIONS OF ORDINANCES AND PRIOR CODE SECTIONS OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad, California has contracted
with Book Publishing Company to codify the ordinances of said city;
and

9 WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council
that certain ordinances and sections of ordinances are of no

once in the Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general
circulation in said City of Carlsbad.
further use to the City of Carlsbad and should be specifically
repealed;
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California:
