AM ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1971-1972.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
fol 1 ows :
1. That certain document entitled "City of Carlsbad
Final Budget - 1971-72", a copy of which is on
file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City
of Carlsbad, and is by this reference incorporated
herein, is hereby adopted as the final budget of
the City of Carlsbad for the Fiscal Year 1971-72.
2. The City Council may, by Minute motion, transfer
funds from Unappropriated General Reserves to
expenditure accounts from time to time during the
Fiscal Year 1971-72.
3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code Section 36937(d)
and because it is for the immediate preservation of
the public peace, health, and safety, in that it is
necessary for the proper administration of the City
of Carlsbad that the Final Budget be adopted at this
time without further delay.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held August 17, 1971, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
