AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060 CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHERLY OF EL CAMINO REAL
(Residential-Single Family) ZONE. AND EAST OF KELLY DRIVE FROM P-C TO R-1-7500
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
fol 1 ows :'
SECTION 1. That the following described real property is
reclassified from Zone P-C to R-1-7500 (Residential-Single Family)
Zone, and that the zoning map referred to in Section 21.06.030 of
said Ordinance no. 9060, as amended, be changed accordingly, on the
following described property:
Portion of Lot I, Rancho Agua Hedionda Map 823, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; being portions of Parcel 29, Book 207, Page 10, of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County, and more particularly des- cribed in application on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days after
its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the
Carlsbad Journal 15 days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California held the 17th day of
August, 1971, and thereafter PASSED, and ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
held the 7th day of September, 1971, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None. City of Carlsbad, California
