RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND TYLER STREET, FROM ZONE I'M'' TO RD-M (Residential Density-Mu1 tiple) ZONE. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That the following described real property is reclassified from Zone "M" to RD-M (Residential Density-Multiple) Zone, and that the zoning map referred to in Section 21.06.030 of said Ordinance No. 9060, as amended, be changed accordingly: Lots 9, lo, and 11, Industrial Tract, Map No. 1743 - all in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, also being known as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19, Page 070, Assessor's Book 204. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its adoption and the City.Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal 15 days after its adoption. INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California held the 17th day of August, 1971, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetin of the City Council held on the 7th day of September, 1971 by the following vote, to wit: AYES : Cmn.
