AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060 CHANGING CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
10,000 AND R-1-7500 TO P-C (Planned Community)
ZONE.
HIGHLAND DRIVE AND MAGNOLIA AVENUE FROM R-l-
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described real property is
reclassified from Zone R-1-10,000 and R-1-7500 to P-C (Planned

No. 9281, and that the zoning map referred to in Section 21.06.030
of said Ordinance No. 9060, as amended, be changed accordingly:
All that portion of Tract 246 of Thum Lands according to map thereof No. 1681 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego,' December 9, 1917; also being known as Assessor's Parcel 30, Book 205, Page 022, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; more particularly described in application on file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days after
its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the
Carlsbad Journal 15 days after its adoption.
