"SECTION 11.24.015 (7) MUFFLERS is amended to I read as follows: All boat engines shall be equipped with either a commercially manufactured muffler, or a muffler system in which all cooling water is dumped into the exhaust system at least 8 in- ches from the discharge tip thereof; provided however, that AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING CHAPTER 11.24 - AQUATIC AREAS AND DEVICES - i 141 SAFETY REGULATIONS. PUBLICATION: The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is iereby directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in ;he Carlsbad Journal, a newspaper published and of general :irculation in said City of Carlsbad. First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the ( :ity of Carlsbad held on the 21st day of December, 1971, and 'inally passed, approved and adopted at a regular meeting held In the 4th day of January, 1972, by the following vote: AYES : Cmn.
