AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060 BY GRANT- ING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-3 TO C-2 (General Commercial) LOCATED BETWEEN PI0 PIC0 DRIVE AND OAK AVENUE. (Carlsbad Investment Co.)
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, DOES
ORDAIN, that Carlsbad Zoning Ordinance No. 9060 is amended to
read as follows: ,
SECTION 1. That the following described real property is
granted a change of zone from R-3 to C-2 (General Commercial) Zone
subject to the provisions contained in Ordinance No. 9284, and I
that the zoning map referred to in Section 21.06.030 of said I
Ordinance No. 9060, as amended, be changed accordingly:
All that portion of Tract 115 of the Town of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to amended map of the Town of Carlsbad, being Map No. 775, filed in the Office of the County Re- corder of San Diego County, February 15, 1894, more completely described in applica- tion on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be effective
thirty (30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certi-
fy to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published
at least once in the Carlsbad Journal fifteen (15) days after its
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 7th day o
March, 1972, and thereafter PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of March,
1972, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Jardine and Lewis.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Cmn. Castro.
