ORDINANCE NO. 9301
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9060 CHANGING
CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY LOCATED AT
(General Commerci a1 ) ZONE. 850 TAMARACK AVENUE FROM C-1 TO C-2
(Mabee - Daisey's Restaurant)
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as
foll ows :
SECTION 1. That the following described real property is
reclassified from Zone C-1 to C-2 (General Commercial) Zone, sub-
ject to the provisions contained in Ordinance No. 9300, and that th
zoning map referred to in Section 21.06.030 of said Ordinance
No. 9060, as amended, be changed accordingly:
Lot 2, Tamarack Plaza Map No. 5944; Also known as Assessor's Book 204, Page 032, Parcel 37, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly des- cribed in application and map on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days after
its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the
Carlsbad Journal 15 days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 4th day
of April, 1972, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of April, 1972,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Jardine and Castro.
NOES: Cmn. Lewis.
ABSENT: None.
