The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California DOES [ORDAIN, that Carlsbad Zoning Ordinance No. 9060 is amended to read 1 2 3.3 14 E5 16 17 18 19 28 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 3 lsaid Ordinance No. 9060, as amended, be changed accordingly: That portion of Tract 231 of the Thum Lands in the City of Carlsbad, California, according to Map thereof No. 1681 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 9, 1915, and more particularly described in app- lication on file in the office of the City Clerk. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal fifteen(l5) days after its adoptioi INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 18th day of April, 1972, and thereafter PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of May, 1972, by the following vote, to wit: AYES : Cmn.
