ORDINANCE NO 1 144
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD ABOLISHING THE ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
COMMISSION (REPEALING ORDINANCES NO’S Ill9 and 1123)
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED that Ordinances 1119 and 1123 are hereby
repealed and the Environmental Pollution Commission created by said
ordinances is hereby abolished.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force on
the thirty-first day from and after its adoption.
PUBLICATION: The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
directed to cause this Ordinance to be published once in the Carlsbad Journal a
newspaper published and of general circulation in said City of Carlsbad.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad held on the 2nd day of May , 1972, and finally passed, approved
and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of
the following vote, to wit:
May ,1972, by
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None*
