ORDINANCE NO. 9309
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1-10,000 and M (INDUSTRIAL) TO P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE), AMENDING ORDINANCE 9060 ADOPTING A MASTER PLAN, AND A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1-10,OOO to M (INDUSTRIAL), ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF INTERSTATE 5, SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND NORTHERLY OF POINSETTIA LANE. (Financial Scene)
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, DOES
RDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following described real property is
eclassified from R-1-10,000 and M (Industrial) to P-C (Planned
ommunity) Zone, amending Ordinance 9260 adopting a Master Plan,
nd change of zone from R-1-10,000 to M (Industrial), and that the
oning map referred to in Section 21.06.030 of said Ordinance 9060,
s amended, be changed accordingly:
A portion of La Costa Downs Unit No. 1, according to Map thereof No. 2013, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, April 6, 1927 and that portion of Sections 20 and 21 in Township 12
South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to United States Government Survey, approved October 25, 1875, and more particularly described on file in the Carlsbad City Clerk's Office.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be
ffective thirty (30) days after its adoption, and the City Clerk
hall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to
le published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal fifteen (15) days
fter its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City
:ouncil of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 16th day of
lay, 1972, and thereafter PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at an adjourn(
-@gular meeting of.the City Council held on the 7th day of June, 1972
by the following vote, to wit:
