BETWEEN 1-5 AND HARDING STREET. (Appleby Investment Development) THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Carlsbad, DOES'ORDAIN as foll ows : 1. On the 14th day of March, 1972, a duly advertised public hearing was held as prescribed by law to consider a Specific Plan for reduction in required parking spaces from 35 to 19, on property described as foll ows : That portion of Tract 113 of Carlsbad Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map there- of No. 1661, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, March 1, 1915, and more parti cul arly described in appl i cation on file in the Office of the City Clerk. 2. That said Specific Plan, marked Exhibit "A" - Specific Plan for reduction in parking requirements as prepared by John Joseph Riggs, Building Designer, shall be subject to the following conditi a) Development of 19 parking spaces in standard manner b) Complete development of remainder of area required for required. parking spaces, in lawns and shrubs with appropriate sprinkler system. the elderly as provided for by the Housing Authority Lease. c) Restriction of occupancy of this facility to usage by d) The installation of the balance of the required parking spaces prior to occupancy, in the event the Housing Authority Lease expi res. xx xx xx xx xx 1s : . The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall certify o the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published once n the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City ouncil of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 16th day f May, 1972, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meetin5 f said City Council on the 7th day of June, 1972, by the following ote, to wit: AYES: Cmn.
