ORDAIN, that Carlsbad Zoning Ordi'nance No. 9060, is amended to read I

INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at an adjourned regular meeting of tie
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 7th of
June, 1972, and thereafter PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at an ad-
journed regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th day of July,
1972, by the following vote, to wit:
Ordinance No. 9060, as amended, be changed accordingly:
All that portion of Tract 233 of Thum Lands, City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No. 1681, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 9, 1915; also known as San Diego County Assessor's Parcels 11, 12, and 13 of Book 206, Page 22; and more particularly described in application on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall be effective
thirty (30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal fifteen (15) days after its
adoption.
