AH ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF PALOMAR P-C AND R-A (10,000) TO P-M ON PROPERTY
AIRPORT ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL. (ZC-104) (Mamaux-S tal ford )
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
-- SECTION,l. That the following described real property is
reclassified from P-C and R-A (10,000) to P-M (Planned Industrial)
Zone, amending Ordinance 9060, and that the zoning map referred
to in Section 21.06.030 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, as amended
be changed accordingly:
All that portion of Lot 'IB" of Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the City of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego, State of California, ccording to map thereof No. 823, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, November 16, 1896, more ly described in Exhibit ''A" ade a part
SECTI3N 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This OrcTinance shall be
effective thirty (30) days after its adoption, and the City Clerk
shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause it to
be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal fifteen (15)
days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 6th day
of Februarqy, 1973, and thereafter PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
at a regul2r meeting of the City Council held on the 20th of
February, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
