ORDINANCE NO. 9346
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM
LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF AVENIDA ENCINAS, NORTHERLY OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.
R-A to C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) ON PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California DOES ORDAIN
that Title 21 of the Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
-- SECTION 1 .- The following described real property is granted a
change of z3ne from R-A to C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) and that the
official zoning map referred to in Section 21.06.030 of the Municipal
Code be changed accordingly:
The southerly 178' of the northerly 298' of Parcel "B" of Parcel Map No. 642, City of Carlsbad, recorded October 12, 1971, as Document No. 234454 of Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of California; and ,
-- SECTION 2. - EFFECTIVE DATE: - This Ordinance shall be effective
on the 31st day following its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
INTR3DUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 6th day of March, 1973,
and thereafter PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 20th day of March , 1973,
by the following vote; to wit,
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Counci lman Chase.
