ORDINANCE NO. 9349
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM
LOCATED SOUTHERLY TERMINI OF SUNNYHILL, CLEARVIEW AND SKYLINE DRIVES, AflD KNOWN AS "PANNONIA".
R-1-15,000 TO R-1-9,500 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, DOES
ORDAIN, that Title 21 of the Municipal Code is amended to read as
follows:
Sect'ion 1. - The following described real property is granted
a Change of Zone from R-1-15,000 to R-1-9,500, and that the
official iioning map referred to in Section 21.06.030 of the Muni-
cipal Code b,e changed accordingly:
A portion of Lot "I" of Rancho Agua Hedionda Map No. 823, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
Section 2. - Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be
effective on the 31st day following its adoption, and the City
Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause
it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal, fifteen
(15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AN5 FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City
Council of' the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 6th day
of March , 1973, and thereafter PASSED, APPROVED AND
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20th
day of - March , 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne , McComas , Lewis and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Chase.
