AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCI OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANTING A PRE- ANNEXATION CHANGE OF ZONE FROM COUNTY A-1-8 TO CITY OF CARLSBAD P-M (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL), ON PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
