AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 13.08.080 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR THE DEPOSIT OF $EWER
STRUCTION FUND FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID SYSTEM.
CONNECTION FEES IN THE JOINT SEWER CON-
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 13.08.080 of the Car
Code is amended to read as follows:
California
sbad Municipal
"13.08.080 Connection fee. Every person who
connects one or more living units to the city sewer
system shall pay to the city a connection fee of
Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per living unit connected.
Such connection fee shall be placed in the Joint
Sewer Construction Fund and shall be' used to pay
for capital improvements to said system."
EFFECTIVE, DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
thirty (30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall
certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to
be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of
the Carlsbad City Council held on the 1st day of May, 1973,
and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
said City Council held on th,e 15th day of May, 1973, by
