AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21

OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANTING A PRE- ANNEXATION CHANGE OF ZONE FROM COUNTY L-C
SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS, TO BE KNOWN AS
(Kaiser Aetna)
ll The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTIQN ,1,: The following described real property is
granted a preannexation change of zone from County L-C to
City of Carlsbad P-C (Planned Community), for construction
of 420 single-family dwellings to be known as Ponderosa Homes:
Being the easterly 2505 feet of the Southerly 2107 feet of Lot No. 11 of Rancho Las Encinitas, Map No. 848, in the County of San Diego, State of Cal i forni a.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
thirty (30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk
shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause
it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal
within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 1st day of May, 1973, and
thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 15th day of May, 1973, by the
