P-C (P1 anned Communi ty) ON PROPERTY LOCAT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD AND EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL, CONSISTING OF 311 ACRES, TO BE KNOWN AS EL CAMINO GLENS.

ies ordain as follows:
SECTI(lN,, 1.: The following described real property is granted
preannexation change of zone from County A-3(8) to City of
arlsbad P-C (Planned Community):
Lots 3 & 4, Section 1, Lot 5 and portions of Lots 1, 2, 6, 7 81 8, Section 2 Township 13 S Range, 4 M, S.B.M., and Lot 2 and portions of lots 1, 11 and unnumbered lot of Rancho Las Encinitas, Map 848, County of San Diego, State of California.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify
