SECTION 1: Section 21.28.010 of the Municipal Code
is amended to read as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ALLOW NEWSPAPERS, PRINTERS IN R-P (Residenti a1 - Professional), COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ZONES WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

SECTION 2: Section 21.42.010(4) of the Municipal Code
is amended to read as follows:

certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
