AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY
TO P-C (Planned Community) ON APPROXIMATELY 4.4 ACRES OF LAND, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ELM AVENUE (EXTENDED), EASTERLY OF EL CAMINO REAL. (Larwin- San Diego, Inc.)
GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-A-10,000
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
The following described real property is granted a
change of zone from R-A-10,000 to P-C (Planned Community):
That portion of Lot "J" in Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to the partition map thereof No. 823, filed in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County on November 16, 1886.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
thirty (30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall
certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
