HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-10-18; City Council; 9365; Ord 9332 amend - Carrillo Ranchi /// 1 1 1 1 29 30 31 32 ORDINANCE NO. 9365 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9332 WHICH ADOPTED A MASTER PLAN FOR 853 ACRES OF LAND LYING SOUTHERLY AND NORTHERLY OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND APPROXIMATELY TWO MILES EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL AND KNOWN AS THE CARRILLO RANCH, BY THE AMENDMENT OF SAID MASTER PLAN AND BY THE ADDITION OF CERTAIN CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does dain as follows: SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 9332 is amended by the addition the following: "Section 3: The Master Plan adopted hereby for the above described ppoperty shall consist of Exhibit A Revised, Exhibit B, and Exhibit €3-1, all on file in the Planning Department and incorporated by reference herein. Said plan is subject to the following conditions of approval : (1) signs, roadways, parking apeas, landscaping and other facilities or features shall be located substantially as shown on the plot plan labeled Exhibit A Revised, B. and B-1, except or unless indicated otherwise herein.
