I 0 21 2: 2; 2: 21 2! 2( 2: 2t 21 3( 31 32 AN RDIl ORDINANCE NO. 7042 CE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 11, CHAPTER 11.08 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTIONS 11.08.030 and 11.08.060 REGARDING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICTS The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows: SECTION 1 That Title 11, Chapter 11.08 of the Carlsbad CJlunicipal Code be amended by amending Section 11.08.030 and 11.08.060 to read as follows: Section 11.08.030 Desi,gnation of Underground Utility Districts by Resolutian. If, after any such public hearing the Council finds that ;he public health, safety, or welfare requires such removal and such underground installation within a designated area, the Counci: shall by resolution, declare such designated area an underground itility district, and order such removal and underground instal- Lation. Such resolution shall include a description of the area :omprising such district and shall provide that the Council shall 'ix by subsequent resolution, the time within which such removal ind underground installation shall be accomplished, having due ,egard for the availability of Labor, materials, and equipment iecessary for such removal and for the installation of such under- :round facilities as may be occasioned thereby. Section 11.08.060 Other Ex.cepti0n.s.
