AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANTING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-3 TO C-2 ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTER- SECTION OF OAK AVENUE AND PI0 PIC0 DRIVE. APPLICANT: THE MALONE COMPANY, ET AL.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
does ordain as follows:
The following described real property is granted a
change of zone from R-3 to C-2:
Parcel "A" of Parcel Map No. 716, filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
(30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published
at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (15) days
after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the1Lday of October ,
1973, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of said City Council held on the 7th day of November ¶
1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Dunne, McComasg Chase and Frazee.
NOES: Cmn. Lewis.
ABSENT: None.
