ORDINANCE NO. 9369
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANTING A CHANGE
(SINGLE FAYILY RESIDENTIAL) ON 21.7 ACRES OF
LAND GENERALLY LOCATED ON BOTH SIDES OF PARK
REFI.L, TO BE KNOWN AS LOMA LAGUNA NO. 2.
OF ZONE FROM P-c (PLANNED COMMUNITY) TO R-i
DRIVE (EXTENDED) AND SOUTHERLY OF EL CAMINO
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
(30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (15) days after
its adoption.

INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 7th day of November 9
1973, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of
said City Council held on the 21st day of November, 1973, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Ler~is and Frazee.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property is granted
la chanqe of zone from P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY) to R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY
1 RESIDENTIAL):
A portion of Lot 1, Rancho Agua Hedionda,
Map No. 523, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California.
