ORDINANCE NO. 9 3 76
AN ORDINAFJCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9322 BY ADOPTING A REVISED MASTER PLAN
FOR TEE LA COSTA AREA
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION I: Ordinance No. 9322 adopting a master plan for
approximately 2,900 acres of land known as "La Costa" is hereby
amended by the amendment of the first three lines of Section 2 of
said ordinance to read as follows:
"The Master Plan, narked 'Exhibit A, Case No.
MP-149' entitled 'Revised Master Plan Development
Plan, La Costa Planned Community', is subject to
the following limitations and conditions:'*
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
(30) days after its adoption and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published
at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (15) days
after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of January , 1974.
Thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 15th day of January , 1974, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazec
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
