ORDINANCE NO. 9377
AN QRDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANTING A CHANGE
OF ZONE FROM R-1 TO RD-M ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 390 CHINQUAPIN AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: The following described real property is
granted! a change of zone from R-1 to RD-M:
All that portion of Lot 5 in Block ‘tS‘l of Palisades
No. 2 in the County of San Diegoa State of California, according to map thereof No. 1803, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, August 25,
1924.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
(30) days after its adoption,and the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen (15) days after
its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 5th day of Februar.y I 1974 -
and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 14th day of February, 1974, by the fol-
lowing vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Frazee.
NOES : None.
ABSENT : None.
