ORDINANCE NO. 9382
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANTING
A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM M (INDUSTRIAL) AND
C-M (HEAVY COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL)
TO RD-M (RESIDENTIAL DENSITY MULTIPLE) THUS
ENSURING CONSISTENCY OF THE ZONING WITH THE
LAND USE COMMITMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN FOR
AREA NO. 2 KNOWN AS THE PONTO AREA.
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: The following described real property is
granted a change of zone from M (industrial) and C-M (heavy com-
mercial and light industrial) to RD-M (residential density
multiple) :
A portion of Lot 4, Section 29, T12S, R4W, San
Diego County Assessor's Parcel No. 4, 5, 6, 10,
11, 13, 19, 20, 21, 24-30, 34 and 35 of Book 214, Page 16.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adop-
tion.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 19th day of February , 1974,
and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED atan/regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 6th day of March , 1974, by the
following vote, to wit:
