AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANT-
ING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM C-2 TO R-3 ON
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTH-
EAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF LINCOLN STREET AND OAK AVENUE. APPLICAfiJT:

CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,does
ordain as follows:
SECTION I: The followi.ng .described real property is --
granted a change of zone from C-2 to R-3:
Southwest Quarter of Block 16, Town of Carlsbad, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
flays after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
