ORDINANCE NO, 9396 '
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
TITLE 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY GRANT-
ING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1-15,000 TO
P-C ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE LAGOON
SIDE OF ADAMS STREET AND SOUTHEAST OF
HOOVER STREET. APPLICANT: COVINGTON-
CONINHARK
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: The following described real property is
granted a change of zone from R-1-15,000 to P-C:
Being all of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and a portion of
Lot 6, in Block D of Bellavista, in the City of
Carlsbad, California, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map No. 2152, filed
March 7, 1929, in the office of the County Re-
corder of San Diego County.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adop-
tion.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of July , 1974,
and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 16th day of July , 1974, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, McComas and Lewis.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
