ORDINANCE NO. 9418
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A
CHANGE OF ZONE FROM RD-M TO R-1-7500 ON
A 1.5-ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE EAST
SIDE OF LAGOON LANE BETWEEN POINSETTIA
LANE AND THE BATIQUITOS LAGOON.
APPLICANT: RANCHO LA COSTA PARTNERSHIP
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
amended by the amendment of the zoning map to grant a change of
zone from RD-M (Residential Density-Multiple Zone) to R-1-7500
(ZC-150) for the following described property:
Beginning at the center of Section 28 thence Northerly
along the quarter Section line, North 0°28'17" East
133.00 feet; thence South 89°07'00" West, 282.00 feet; thence South 71°42'00" East, 444.33 feet to the
Northerly line of North half, Southeast quarter Section 28, thence along said Northerly line,
North 89°07'00" West, 705 feet to the point of beginning.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adop-
tion.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held on the 4th day of March , 1975, and
