ORDINANCE NO, 9439
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A
CHANGE OF ZONE (ZC-167) FROM RD-M TO
R-1-10,000 ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH AND SOUTH SIDE OF ALFIL WAY BETWEEN
ALTISMA WAY AND SAN MARCOS CANYON.
APPLICANT: LA COSTA LAND CO.(ALICANTE HYLLS). .-
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
amended by the amendment of the zoning map to grant a change of
zone (ZC-167) from RD-M to R-1-10,000 for the following described
property :
All of Carlsbad Tract No, 72-25 (Alicante Hills)
according to Map thereof No. 7784 on file in the
office of the County Recorder of San Diego County
and a portion of the South Half of Section 25,
Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino
Meridian According to the office plat thereof in
the City of Carlsbad,
EFFECTIVE DATE: 'Phis ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held on the 21st day of October , 1975,
and thereafter
