AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
TITLE 6, CHAPTER 6.02, OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF
SECTION 6.02.060 TO ADOPT BY REFERENCE
CHAPTER 2,0F DIVISION 1,OF TITLE 6 OF
THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY CODE OF F33GULATORY
ORDTNANCES FCEGARDIMG FOOD HANDLERS,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 6, Chapter 6.02 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code is amended by the additionlof Section 6.02.060
to read as follows:
"6.02.060 Adopted by reference - Food Handlers. Chapter
2,of Division 1,of Title 6 of the San Diego County Code of
Regulatory Ordinances, as adopted by San Diego County Ordinance
No. 4610(N.S.), providing for the regulation of food handlers, is adopted by reference and incorporated as part of the Carlsbad Municipal Code".
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adoption.

Carlsbad City Council held on the 6th day of
