ORDINANCE NO. 9452
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A
CHANGE OF ZONE (ZC-171) FROM L-C (LIMITED
CONTROL) TO R-1-15,000 (SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL) ON APPROXIMATELY 3.7 ACRES
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
ALGA ROAD BETWEEN ALICANTE ROAD AND ALTISMA
ROAD. APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
amended by the amendment of the zoning map to grant a change of
zone (ZC-171) from L-C (Limited Control) to R-1-15,000 (Single
Family Residential) for the following described property:
All that portion of the NW l/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25,
Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, County of San Diego.
as shown and more particularly described on Exhibit 1, attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adoption.
