CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REBEALIXG ORDINANCE NO.
(SP-160)
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
HOSP WAY ADJACENT TO NONROE ROAD.
APPLICANT: KAMAR CONSTRUCTION.
9411 ANI) SPECIFIC PLAN
FOR 43.9 ACRES OF PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
lrdain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 9411 and Specific Plan
SP--160) are hereby repealed.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
lays after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
idoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
mce in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
2doption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST ICEAD at a regular meeting of the
Zarlsbad City Council held on the 6th day of September , 1977,
and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said Council held
day of September , 1977, by the following vote, to wi on the 20th
