AN OFDINATXCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF C!AF&SW, cAI;IFoRNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21
OF THE CAlUSELW MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO GFWW A CHANGE OF ZONE
(E-198) FROM "Ml' INDUSTFCAL TO "M-Q" INDUSTlUAL-
QUALIFIED OVERLAY ON PROPERTY GENERAL;LY LOCATED
ON THE EAST SIDE OF EL CAI"0 REAL, NOKIW OF
PALCMKR AIRPOFU' ROAT3. ApPLIm: CITY OF CARLSBAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does ordain as
follsws :
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is mnded by the
mndment of the zoning map to grant a change of zone (ZC-198) from "X"
Industrial to "M-Q" Industrial - Qualified Overlay on property as shown on map
marked ZC-198, Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
EE'FECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and
cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen
days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held
on the 2nd day of May , 1978 and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of said City Council held on the 16th
day of May , 1978, by the following vote, to wit:
