The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does ordain as
follclws :
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the
amendment of the zoning map to grant a change of zone (ZC-201) fram R-1
(Gne-Family Residential) to R-P-Q (Residential-Professional-Qualified) on
property as shown on map marked ZC-201, Exhibit A, attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within
fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a lrreeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 20th day of March , 1979 and thereafter
PASSED AND ~~ at a meting of said City Council held on the
3rd day of April , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Lewis and
Councilwoman Casler NOES : None
