The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does ordain as
~ollows :
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the
mendmat of the zoning map to grant a change of zone (ZC-202) fm L-C (Limited
:ontrol) to R-E (Rural Residential Estate) on property as shown on map marked
E-202, Wit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
EFE'ECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days
3fter its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad
Joumal witkin fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUa AND FIRST FGAD at a reg-dar meting of the Carlsbad City
COUnCil held on the 20th day of March , 1979 and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular mting of said City Council held
on the 3rd day of April , 1979 by the follawing vote, to
wit:
