The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does ordain as
follaws:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is mded by
the am”nt of the zoning map to grant a change of zone (ZC-204) for
the placing of the Q Overlay Zone on property presently zoned R-P (Residential-
Professional) located as shown on the map marked ZC-204, Exhibit A,
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
EFFEicTIvE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days
after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad
Journal within fifteen day after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a meting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the7istday of ~~~~~~t , 1979 and thereafter
