ORDINANCE NO. 9552
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21.49, SECTION 21.49.020
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE, BY THE
ADDITION OF SUBSECTIONS (13) AND (14)
TO ALLOW THE PROCESSING OF GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENTS AND ANNEXATIONS NECESSARY
FOR REVISIONS TO APPROVED MASTER PLANS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does
)rdain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.49, Section 21.49.020
If the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the addition of
jubsections (13) and (14) to read as follows:
"(13) Applications for general plan amendments may be

EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty

adoption.

Carlsbad City Council held on the 3rd day ofJune I
