ORDINANCE NO. 1233
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 1.20 OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE
AMENDMENT OF SECTION 1.20.060 TO PROVIDE A PROCEDURE FOR PREPARATION OF AGENDAS FOR ADJOURNED MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 1, Chapter 1.20, Section 1.20.060
is amended by the addition of subsection (e) to read as
follows:
"(e) An agenda may be prepared for adjourned meetings in the same manner as for regular meetings, as set forth in sub- section (a) ."
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after
its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council, held on the 16th day of SeDtember 7
1980, and thereafter

the following vote, to wit:
