AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A
PREANNEXATION CHANGE OF ZONE FROM S-90
SAN DIEGO COUNTY TO R-1-10,000-Q TO ALLOW
SUBSEQUENT ANNEXATION AND DEVELOPMENT
IN CITY ON 12.36 ACRES, GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE WEST SIDE OF LAUREL TREE ROAD,
SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD. APPLICANT:
SUDAN INTERIOR MISSION. CASE NO: ZC-214.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
does ordain as follows:
SECTION I: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
amended by the amendment of the zoning map to grand a pre-
annexation change of zone (ZC-214) from s-90 San Diego County
to R-1-10,000-Q for the following described property:
A portion of Lot “GI’ of Rancho Agua Hedionda, San Diego County, Map No. 823, dated November 16,
1896.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published
at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days
after its adoption.

INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held on the 28th day of October , 1980
and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of said City Council
held on the 18th day of November , 1980 by the following
