AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBADiCALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 6.02 OF T@ CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMEND- MENT OF SECTION 6.02.060 RELATING TO FOOD HANDLER TWINING REQUIREMENTS.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 6, Chapter 6.02 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Section 6.02.060
to read as follows:
"6.02.060 adopted by reference -- food handlers. Chapter 2 of Division 1 of Title 6 of the San Diego County Code of Regulatory Ordinances, as adopted by San Diego County
Ordinance No. 4610 (n. s .) , and as amended by San Diego
County Ordinance No. 5941 (n.s .) , providing for the
regulation of food handlers, is adopted by reference and
incorporated as part of this Code.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at
least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after
its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 17th day of February ,
1981, and thereafter
