HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-03-17; City Council; 9580; CMC 21.22.110 delete/.47.130(2) amend - R-W zone parking rqmtsORDINANCE NO. 9580 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTERS 21.22 AND 21.47 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE DELETION OF SECTION 21.22.110 AND BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 21.47.130, SUBSECTION (2), TO REVISE THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE R-W ZONE. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.22, of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the deletion of Section 21.22.110. SECTION 2: That Title 21, Chapter 21.47, Section 21.47.130 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of Subsection (2) to read as follows: "(2) Parking.
