AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21, CHAPTERS 21.22 AND 21.47 OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE DELETION OF SECTION 21.22.110 AND BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 21.47.130, SUBSECTION (2), TO REVISE THE
PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE R-W ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 21, Chapter 21.22, of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code is amended by the deletion of Section 21.22.110.
SECTION 2: That Title 21, Chapter 21.47, Section 21.47.130
of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by the amendment of
Subsection (2) to read as follows:
"(2) Parking. Parking shall be provided as follows:
(A) A minimum of two parking spaces is required for

adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its
adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 3rd day of March, 1981, and
thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the17th day of March , 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear and Kulchin
NOES : None
