OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A CHANGE OF ZONE
(ZC-219) FROM M (INDUSTRIAL) TO CT-Q (COM-
MERCIAL-TOURIST) ON PROPERTY GENERALLY
SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD. APPLICANT:
CALIFORNIA "6" MOTELS.
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF PASEO DEL NORTE,
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
xdain as follows:
SECTION 1: Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
imended by the amendment of the zoning map to grant a change of
!one (ZC-219) from M (Industrial) to CT-Q (Commercial-Tourist)
In property as shown on the map marked ZC-219--Exhibit A, attached
iereto and made a part hereof.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty
lays after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the
idoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least
mce in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adoption,
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a meeting of the carlsbad City
