AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A CHANGE OF ZONE
(ZC-229) FROM R-1-7500 TO R-P ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH
SIDES OF ARBUCKLE PLACE BETWEEN MADISON
STREET AND JEFFERSON STREET. APPLICANT:
CITY OF CARLSBAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
amended by the amendment of the Zoning Map to grant a change of
zone (ZC-229) from R-1-7500 to R-P on property as shown on the
map marked ZC-229--Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days
after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptio
of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the
Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the~7e.h day ofarh , 1981, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of said City Council held on
the -day of , 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
