AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 21 OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP TO GRANT A CHANGE OF ZONE (ZC-236) FROM L-C (LIMITED CONTROL) TO C-M (HEAVY
COMMERCIAL-LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) ON PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL AND
NORTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT. APPLICANT: KOLL
COMPANY.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
loes ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal
lode is amended by the amendment of the Zoning Map to grant a
:hange of zone (ZC-236) from L-C (Limited Control) to C-M (Heavy
:ommercial-Light Industrial) on property as shown on the map
larked ZC-236, Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part
tereof.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective
thirty days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published
It least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after
its adoption.
