ORDINANCE NO. 3134
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.28 OF THE CARLS-
BAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 10.28.240
DESIGNATING STOP CONTROL ON LUCIERNAGA AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH CORlNTlA
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Title 10, Chapter 10.28 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
is amended by the amendment of Section 10.28.240 to read as follows:
"10.28.240 Corintia Street. Drivers shall stop where the following de-
scribed streets intersect Corintia Street:
Cazadero Street
Luciernaga Street.''
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its
adoption, and the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance
and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fif-
teen days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council held
the 18th day of AWt , 1981, and thereafter
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of said City Council held the
1st day of Septder , 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
Council Menhers Packard, Casler , Anear, Lewis and Mulchin AYES :
